On 15th February, 2023, a solemn event dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan was held at the National Defence University.
On this day, we remember everyone who passed the severe trials with honour, defending the interests of the m otherland away from their home.
The feat of internationalist soldiers, dedication, devotion to duty and readiness to perform the most difficult combat missions will forever remain in people’s memory.
Pupils of the school – gymnasium No. 88, students of the Military College named after S.K. Nurmagambetov and the military-patriotic movement “Zhas Sarbaz” took part in the event.
