On July 24, 2021, a meeting of the dissertation Council was held at the National Defense University, two issues were put on the agenda:
The first question. Defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) of Lieutenant General Dandybaev Timur Turarovich in the specialty “8D12101-Military Art”.
The second question. Defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) of Major General Mustabekov Askar Dosbosynovich in the specialty “8D12101-Military Art”.
According to the results of a secret ballot, it was decided to award the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) to both applicants.
