DEAR COLLEAGUES!

We invite you to participate on April 3, 2020 in the III Interdepartmental Scientific and Practical Conference on the theme “Development of the material and technical support system of the Armed Forces and other state power structures in modern conditions”
The purpose of the conference is to discuss theoretical issues, analyze practical results, the work of the material and technical support system of the military organization of the state, develop proposals for its further improvement, exchange scientific results and best practices in the material and technical support of power structures and departments.
Participation in the conference is in-person (extramural).
Conference working languages: Kazakh, Russian.
Based on the results of the Conference, a collection of conference materials will be published.

THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to provide the following materials by March 20, 2020 (for internal users using the Outlook system), for third-party organizations by e-mail admin@nuo.kz. Committee:
– an article formatted in accordance with the requirements in electronic form;
– a conclusion on the possibility of open publication of the article and the absence in it of information constituting a state secret and official information of limited distribution (PDF file).
In electronic form, each article should be in a separate file. In the field “Subject” should indicate “Conference”. In the file name, indicate the names of the authors, the note “article”. For example, “Ivanov.Article.doc.”

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS
The volume of the text is no more than 7 pages. The paper size used is A4. All fields – 20 mm each. Microsoft WORD text editor, Times New Roman font, font size – 14 (12 is allowed in the tables), alignment mode – width, line spacing – single, paragraph indent 1.25. Create tables in Microsoft WORD, auto-select tables according to window width, type formulas in the Microsoft equation editor. Word wraps should be set automatically (by no means manually!).
Making the title – at the beginning of the article in the upper left corner indicate UDC. The title of the report in capital letters, position / course, initials, surname of the author (s) in bold, the name of the institution / place of work. From the red line, a short abstract (in italics) of 3-7 lines. Next, from the red line – keywords, 7-10 pieces.
At the end of the article is the literature, issued in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008 (font size – 12), in alphabetical order. References in the text are given in square brackets in plain text format [1].
